Dr. Richards combines traditional chiropractic care with an expertise in exercise rehab and strength conditioning, offering a holistic approach that not only relieves pain but also builds strength and prevents future injuries.

He has completed advanced training in exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, allowing Dr. Richards to create customized recovery plans.  He has helped numerous patients improve mobility, prevent injuries, and return to their normal activities through a blend of chiropractic care and functional exercise.

His focus is on relieving pain, restoring movement, and preventing future injuries by addressing both the symptoms and underlying causes.

Clients benefit from his tailored, holistic approach that combines chiropractic care with exercise rehab, helping them recover faster, improve strength, flexibility, and stay injury-free long-term.

Dr. Richards has worked in multidisciplinary settings along side physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons.  He had the privilege to work with veterans through the community care program at the VA, assisting military veterans through chronic pain management.
